2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and costs will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders that meet a specified minimum amount, which will be indicated on the website.

4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. We are unable to split orders across multiple addresses in a single transaction.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Muraliwala only ships within the country. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the product and packaging, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

9. Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer support promptly to request a cancellation.
